If you need to reschedule a reading or healing session please give as much notice as is possible.
- A full refund is available if requested by at least two day prior to the workshop or private reading.
- If you cancel less than two hours before or you do not show up and do not notify at all, no refund will be issued.
- Gift certificates do not ever expire. It is the responsibility of the recipient to schedule a reading. No reminders will be sent.
